Little Stars is a fun and structured 1 hour gymnastics class designed especially for 5 to 6 year olds, offering coaching across all four pieces of apparatus: floor, beam, bars, and vault. This session focuses on building strong gymnastics foundations while nurturing confidence and a love of movement.

Gymnasts rotate around each apparatus with qualified coaches, learning age appropriate skills through engaging drills and activities. Sessions support the development of strength, coordination, balance, flexibility and body awareness, while also encouraging listening skills, independence and teamwork.

Little Stars provides a positive, supportive environment where children can grow in confidence, make new friends, and progress at their own pace, making it an ideal pathway into recreational or developmental gymnastics.

Trials

When booking a trial, it secures your place if your child decides they would like to join. They will need a water batter with them and need to wear comfy clothes suitable for going upside down! E.g. T-shirt and leggings/joggers (must be able to tuck top in)
