Our Recreational Gymnastics class is a fun and structured 1 hour session for children aged 7 years and older, offering coaching across all four pieces of apparatus: floor, beam, bars, and vault. This class is ideal for gymnasts of all abilities, whether they’re brand new or continuing their gymnastics journey.

Recreational Gymnastics provides a supportive environment where children can stay active, develop new skills, make friends and progress at their own pace, all while having fun.

When booking a trial, it secures your place if your child decides they would like to join. They will need a water batter with them and need to wear comfy clothes suitable for going upside down! E.g. T-shirt and leggings/joggers (must be able to tuck top in)
